Chur and Graubünden specialities.


In 1806, guild master Nutin Fiffel acquired the Haus zum Ochsen to use as a bakery. It is thus the oldest production facility in Chur’s bakery, patisserie and confectionery industry where fresh bread, biscuits, pâtisserie, pralines, chocolate, and Chur and Graubünden specialities are still made every day. One exclusive product is the Graubünden Pfirsichsteine “Original Hürsch since 1887”.

  • Thuesday - Friday, 7.30am - 6.30pm
  • Saturday,                 7.30am - 5pm
  • Sunday - Monday,  closed
