Ässa as in äsia with musical interludes
Local cooks prepare a meal (Chüngel) according to traditional recipes. In the beautiful hall of the Kurhaus Praden, guests can listen to folk music from the Schanfigg between the corridors, in keeping with the region and the current exhibition.
With Franco Mettler (clarinet) accompanied by Manuel Mark, Schwyzerörgeli.
