Bach cantatas in St. Martin's Church

The concert is entitled "Peace be with you" - named after the solo cantata of the same name for bass BWV 158.

The concert will be rounded off with the cantata BWV 42 and the chorale "Verleih uns Frieden gnädiglich".

The centrepiece of the concerts is the cantata "I don't let my Jesus" BWV 124. This is about the search and finding of the twelve-year-old Jesus in the temple.

The soloists Manuela Tuena, Nora Bertogg, Christoph Waltle and Mattias Müller-Arpagaus are supported by a ripino choir and an orchestra on an ad hoc basis. Pieder accompanies Jörg on the harpsichord.
