Raised in Chur, Balzer Collenberg obtained a Bachelor's degree in Music (2012) and a Master's degree in Music Education (2014). In the summer of 2014 he moved to Ireland to obtain a Graduate Diploma of Music in Performance (2015) with distinction. In Dublin, Balzer Collenberg was able to participate as a mentee in the national symphony orchestra. In addition, he played as a newcomer in the Irish Radio Orchestra, the Chamber Philharmonic of Graubünden and the youth symphony orchestras of Norway and Switzerland, among others. He received many suggestions at master classes. He has performed at the Bern Biennale, Chur Summer Concerts, Lucerne Open-Air Theatre, Flims Festival, Lucerne Festival and the Festival Cultural Origen. In 2014 he was awarded the Recognition Prize of the Edwin Fischer Competition in Lucerne. In 2015, he was also awarded a sponsorship prize by the canton of Graubünden.
Patrizia Collenberg was born in St.Gallen in 1992. She studied at the Zurich University of the Arts with Professor Fabio di Càsola. After completing her bachelor's degree in 2014, she continued her studies with a master's degree in music education and then a master of performance concert, which she completed with distinction. She plays in various chamber music formations, wind and symphony orchestras, including the Kammerphilharmonie Graubünden in 2015 and the symphonic wind orchestra "aulos". She is a prizewinner at the Swiss Lions Music Competition 2015.
