The

The author
Ingrid Erne (1906 – 1990) grew up in Aargau and later lived in the city of Zurich. She worked in the hospitality industry, but then became self-employed as a representative of a textile company. It was not until 1990 that Ida Erne visited the literary scholar Madeleine Marti to publish her story. It was not until 32 years after her death that the book was published by eFeF-Verlag.
