That money and power are connected is a truism and everyone feels it in life. But if no one in the system believed in money anymore, then money no longer exists and no longer works. A utopian thought? The well-known Chur SP National Councillor Jon Pult will take part in this second Reading Together special "Money" by Marlene Engelhorn. He will be available with his political expertise for questions and suggestions for all participants. Lively reading, speaking and information is guaranteed.

Jon Pult was born in 1984 as a Swiss-Italian dual citizen, grew up in Chur and studied history, economic and social history as well as philosophy at the University of Zurich. He has always been very politically active, at the age of 19 he became a municipal councillor in Chur, at 24 president of the SP Graubünden, later a member of the Graubünden Grand Council, at the age of 29 then president of Pro Alps (formerly the Alpine Initiative), at 35 a member of the National Council and then vice-president of the SP Switzerland. At the age of 39, he is the official candidate to succeed Federal Councillor Alain Berset with current Federal Councillor Beat Jans. In addition to his political duties, Jon Pult presides over the "Swiss Society for Foreign Policy" and the "Fundaziun Medias Rumantschas". He lives with his family in Chur and Bern.
