An evening full of stories, regional delicacies and traditions awaits you in Chur's old town. On the Ochsenplatz, Matteo and Barbara Tuena-Russi welcome you in front of their shop "VAL POSCHIAVO Gourmet Food" and tell you about the unique culture and products from Valposchiavo.

Afterwards, you will discover the culinary highlights of the Safiental Valley in the "Embassy Safiental" and learn how closely nature, craftsmanship and tradition are intertwined.

The event concludes with a fine Graubünden aperitif, where the specialities of both valleys are enjoyed in a convivial atmosphere. An evening that harmoniously combines enjoyment and tradition.
