From the heart of the city directly to the winter sports area - in Switzerland, that's only possible in Chur. The Alpine City is connected by cableways to the local mountain Brambrüesch, which offers a wide range of possibilities for winter sports enthusiasts.
In winter there are 20 km of natural snow slopes for skiers and snowboarders and cosy mountain restaurants with sun terraces for connoisseurs. There is also a 5 km long toboggan run, a winter hiking trail and several signposted snowshoe routes. For equipment and courses the AIS sports school offers a great offer directly at Brambrüesch.

Skiing and Snowboarding

The 20 km of natural snow pistes offer surprisingly varied possibilities, with great views and far away from any hectic pace. The AIS Sports School offers courses and rentals on site.

Tobogganing

The 5 km long toboggan run offers fast descents, sweeping curves, leisurely runs and lots of fun! Garnished with a great view of the snow-covered Graubünden mountains.

Snowshoeing

Brambrüesch is the ideal starting point for the signposted snowshoe hikes in the Snowshoe Arena Dreibündenstein, which connects the three areas of Brambrüesch, Feldis and Pradaschier. 

Winter hiking

Picturesque winter landscapes invite you to hike through the snow. Choose between the popular Edelweiss tour on Brambrüesch or the scenic hike to the Känzeli mid-station.

Ski tours

Ski tours to the Dreibündenstein and Fulhorn are possible from Brambrüesch. CAUTION: Avoid the pistes after the end of the run due to piste preparation with cable winch!
