Ausserschulischer Lernort Rheinschlucht & Welt Wasser Bibliothek Reichenau

The World Water Library is located in a special place: the water of the Anterior and Posterior Rhine flows together here before flowing on towards the North Sea. But that was not always the case. During the last ice age, a 1.5 km thick layer of ice covered the region. And if the Flims landslide had not buried the valley 9500 years ago, the Rhine Gorge would never have been created. We follow the traces and stories of the stones and the water.

- know a suitable route as well as locations for stations with ideas for suitable tasks.
- know how the visit to the place of learning can be embedded in the lesson by means of preparation and follow-up.
- can then visit the place of learning with their class.
- get an overview of other offers for schools in the World Heritage region of Sardona.
