With the Books & Crafts series, we combine creative workshops with the special atmosphere between book pages and stories. Together we design, work and discover new ideas inspired by books, aesthetics and a lot of creativity.

The workshops take place exclusively at Buchhaus Lüthy in Chur and invite you to switch off for a few hours, get creative and celebrate the joy of beautiful things.

8 July 2026: Book bedazzling workshop
Favorite book, but make it sparkly!
In this workshop, you will give your book cover a whole new look with rhinestones, glitter and small details. Design your book exactly the way it suits you.

Bring your own book or get one on site (what a great excuse to expand your own book collection ;)) and turn it step by step into a real favorite for the bookshelf or coffee table. Between creativity, good conversations and lots of glitter, an evening full of Booklover vibes and DIY magic is created.

Perfect for those who love books and want to give them an extra dose of personality.

19 August 2026: Book vase and dried flowers
Old books tell the most beautiful stories and in this workshop they get a whole new chapter. Together we transform discarded books into unique book vases and use them to create stylish unique decorative pieces with a very special charm.

After your vase has taken shape, it's time to arrange: You can expect a large selection of dried flowers, grasses and small details from which you can put together your personal bouquet. You create an arrangement that fits perfectly with you and your home.
