FERIENZEIT – Karikaturen von Rolf Giger

From 1 June to 31 July 2026, the House of Illustration in Chur will be showing the exhibition "FERIENZEIT" with caricatures by illustrator and caricaturist Rolf Giger.
The exhibition is dedicated to the many situations associated with travel and holidays. Anticipation, long journeys, encounters on the road, recreation, tourism and small mishaps are portrayed with humour. The drawings do not show holidays as a perfect postcard, but as a time full of experiences, observations and stories. With just a few lines, scenes are created in which many visitors recognize themselves.
Rolf Giger has been working as an illustrator and caricaturist for Swiss media for many years. His works combine precise observation with humor and show everyday situations from a surprising perspective.
The exhibition invites visitors to take a humorous look at the holiday season.
