- Terms and legal basis on the topic of "violation of personal integrity"
- Duties as a leader
- Assessment of the severity of boundary violations with the Graubünden standard
- Raising awareness of risk situations for boundary violations in the church's field of work
- Internal and external contact points for the support of those affected and for managers with intervention obligations
- Procedure for reporting a boundary violation or complaint
- Presentation of work tools and documents
- Working with case studies

OBJECTIVES
- The course participants are familiar with the terms legal basis in connection with the protection of personal integrity.
- You know the internal and external contact points and what they offer.
- You are familiar with the existing documents and work tools and can use them if necessary.
- The course participants are able to plan and implement preventive measures in their field of work and can act appropriately in cases of boundary violations and/or seek targeted support.
- The course participants are more confident in dealing with the topic of "boundary violations"

COURSE PARTICIPANTS / TARGET GROUP
The basic training is generally aimed at all persons who work as employees, volunteers or volunteers in parishes, church regions or with the regional church. For pastors, religious education teachers, social deacons and youth workers, attendance at a basic training course in the first year of service is mandatory. Attendance of the basic training course is recommended for members of parish councils, people in church professions who have been working for the church for a long time and volunteers who work with children and young people or other sensitive and particularly vulnerable people.

COSTS
Attendance at the basic training (including lunch) is free of charge for all persons from the target group.
