Henry's Blues Duo

HENRY'S BLUES DUO interprets a sound that ranges from the origins of the blues to gospel. What they bring to life on stage, they owe to a guitarist with a very personal style and a harmonica player who was inspired by listening to the great blues musicians (Little Walter, Walter Horton, Junior Wells). It is ancient music, direct, raw, essential and not infrequently mysterious.

Henry Penati – harmonica, vocals
Harmonica and singer who has been active in the Italian blues scene for several decades. He places the search for his own personal style at the center of his musical work. For years, he has had an authentic feeling for the singing guitarist Ruben Minuto.

Ruben Minuto – guitar, vocals
A very versatile singing guitarist who plays various genres of music from jazz to blues to R&B and swing with great skill and passion. Ruben Minuto was born in Milan in October 1970. He started playing professionally in 1985, many years ago. Although he is still young, he has gained an enormous amount of experience, has played countless gigs and played in many cities.
