MALEREI!: Gruppenausstellung «peinture – on attaque!»

The painting enthusiasts were regular graduates of courses on fine arts at the "Filiale" – an outstation of the Wetzikon Art School – on Scharfrichtergasse in Chur, which existed until 2021.
They have remained loyal to their lecturer, the painter Simone Monstein, to this day – and vice versa. Every year, she organises and leads painting days in Chur, where the group members have the opportunity to stay in the swing of things when it comes to creative painting: "peinture – on attaque!", in other words!

The works in different styles, painting techniques, working and expressive methods are still created in the studio premises on Scharfrichtergasse. The group enjoys hospitality from the "kunstpol" art school, which has been based there for six years.

An exciting mix of the works of «peinture – on attaque!» can be seen from 21 to 29 August 2026 at the group exhibition MALEREI! in the Stadtgalerie at Postrasse 33 in Chur.
