When will they come, the longed-for packages with things that make you happy? In the past, people had to gather, hunt or buy things in the store. Today, things are transported home quickly and easily. Practical, fantastic!

Things people need: Things to play with, things to wear, things to cook, DIY, decorating, staying healthy and looking good. Things that shine, glitter, sound, smell good, things that make you happy ... Hach!

We humans know the struggle for possessions, for belongings, from an early age, because it determines everyday life. How can you keep moderation in an immoderate world? A game without language – about the madness of consumption and the power of possession.

**Who is Who**

For over 50 years, the Vorstadttheater Basel has been presenting sophisticated, professional and contemporary theatre for all generations. The plays appeal to children as well as adults in their respective worlds of experience, challenge them and entertain them. The focus of the programme is on the productions of the in-house ensemble. The Vorstadttheater Basel is a member of ASSITEJ Switzerland, the international association of theatre for children and young people.
