Sound Space Church: Deep relaxation through sounds
Experience a soothing time-out for body and mind in a very special place. The special acoustics and the quiet atmosphere of the church carry the sounds far and give you a deep feeling of security.

What to expect
• Gentle Vibrations: Monochord, singing bowls, and other soothing instruments touch you deep inside.
• Healing silence: The protected environment helps you to completely let go of everyday life.
• Introspection: Find your way back to your center and recharge your batteries.

What you should bring with you
• Comfortable clothes (19 degrees await you in the church)
• Your own mat or mat (sometimes available)
• A warm blanket and pillow for your berth (some of them provided)
