Restaurant Central

The Central is a small, cosy village pub in the heart of Tschiertschen and attaches great importance to sustainable and local products. All food and beverages on offer are therefore of organic origin. There are various Swiss beer specialties, Graubünden wine, various (also vegan) coffee specialties and a small selection of dishes (also vegetarian and vegan), consisting of Tschiertscher farm products and other local products.
