Course Information
Dress code: comfortable clothes, barefoot, sweater or jacket for final relaxation, tie your hair up
Recommended before yoga: Do not eat anything for about 2 hours before and drink only a little, as the breathing and physical exercises have an effect on the internal organs and a full stomach is a hindrance. During yoga, drink as little as possible or only a little.
Yoga mat: If you have one, you are welcome to bring it with you. Other aids are available.
Don't worry too much: Yoga is not about competitive sports or about achieving results quickly or cutting a good figure in front of others. You want to do something good for yourself. Give yourself time. If it gets too much for you, just take a break. First of all, familiarize yourself with the new situation, with yoga and with your body.
Final relaxation, Shavasana: At the end of each yoga class, lie on your back for a while and relax.
