Or three lines in your gratitude journal? The main thing is that you are in control. Because only you can optimize yourself and create a better life for yourself. And if you miss it, it's your own fault!
Or not? Who benefits when we only revolve around ourselves? And how could it be otherwise?

The players of UPGRADE look for answers to what this better life could look like in the reel jungle, in armament workshops and in their own life experiences. For all of us.
