«Was bleibt echt? – Jugendliche Beziehungen in Zeiten von Social Media und KI»

The lives of young people today are shaped by social media and artificial intelligence. There, young people negotiate identity, relationships and belonging on a daily basis and in real time. At the same time, the public debate around mobile phone use, screen time and digital risks is becoming increasingly intense. It presents professionals in youth work, church and school with the challenge of taking a stand.

This online input invites them to classify the importance of social media and AI for the lives of young people and to reflect on their own professional role between protection, empowerment and participation.
The input also serves as a content-related assessment and an outlook for an in-depth workshop in autumn 2026 on site in Graubünden.
