Aktionswoche gegen Rassismus

The Week of Action against Racism will take place annually throughout Switzerland between 16 and 22 March 2026. The highlight is the International Day against Racism on 21 March. The Graubünden Integration Office is implementing the action week in cooperation with civil society organisations. The action week provides the actors in the topic with a platform to show their commitment against racism and xenophobia and to exchange ideas with interested parties.

Together with Amnesty International Chur, the Migration and World Church Office of the Reformed Church of Graubünden is organising a panel discussion on Wednesday, 18 March, 6.30 p.m. on the topic of "Women with headscarves - what is the status of acceptance in the world of work". Two women wearing headscarves, job coaches and employers will take part in the podium.

The aim of the event is to:
1. Point out existing prejudices
2. Information about why women wear headscarves
3. Discuss the arguments against the headscarf
4. Discussion on how to achieve mutual understanding
