Passionskonzerte

Origen's Passion Concerts will be performed in the Knights' Hall of the Episcopal Castle in Chur. Under the direction of Clau Scherrer, the Ensemble Vocal Origen will create an evening of Baroque devotion. Dieterich Buxtehude's oratorio Membra Jesu nostri (1680) is a musical meditation on the crucified Christ. Biblical words, old poetry and fine instrumental music merge into a contemplative unity – music full of humility and beauty.
