KMU-Impuls Regional: «Als Unternehmer/in in der Region engagiert»

The regional economy is caught between competitiveness and social responsibility. In this context, social commitment serves a company directly and indirectly: It is an opportunity to position itself as an attractive employer, to increase its reputation and to sustainably strengthen the development of the region as a place to live and work. Especially in times of a shortage of skilled workers, global uncertainties and increasing competition between locations, cooperation between companies and joint commitment are key.

Every company can make a contribution here by positioning the region as an attractive place to work. In addition, our important militia system in politics, culture and sport is urgently dependent on entrepreneurs who volunteer. Whether internally, for example through the training and further education of staff or inclusive employment, or externally through the support of local associations: At our SME Impulse Event, you will learn how social and societal commitment increases the loyalty of employees and customers and how you can achieve added value for your company and your region with targeted measures.

KMU-Impuls regional is a joint offer of the Graubünden Trade Association, the Graubünden Higher School of Economics and the Plessur region. The event in Chur will take place in the auditorium of the University of Applied Sciences of the Grisons. This will be followed by a networking aperitif. The event is open to the public and free of charge and is aimed at entrepreneurs, managers and other people who are interested in social and societal commitment.
