Being able to assert yourself is not always easy.

How can I assert myself without hitting?
How do I speak my mind openly without offending?
How do I recognize conflicts at an early stage, and how do I deal with them?
Children deal with these and other questions about self-assertion in this self-assertion training. In separate groups of girls and boys, self-esteem is strengthened and the 1st to 3rd graders learn what fairness means and how they can stand up for themselves and their needs. This and much more will be discussed, tried out directly and practiced together. The training sessions consist of two parts of three hours each, one on Saturday and one on Sunday. A parents' evening takes place on Fridays. The courses are conducted by specially trained trainers.
