"Mind the Gap" – Edition I

A program with choreographies by Marco Goecke, Maša Kolar and Filipe Portugal is the result of the first edition of the "Pre-Professionals Summer Academy" of Tanz und Kunst Königsfelden:

At the Summer Academy in Baden, the 12 best dance graduates from the most prestigious schools in Switzerland and from all over the world are prepared for their careers. To this end, Filipe Portugal, former principal soloist of the Ballett Zürich, and Salomé Martins, former soloist at the Lucerne Theatre, are organising a five-week support programme this summer. Through the trainings and rehearsals, the students will learn three different choreographic languages in just a short time.

This program has been carefully designed to facilitate the transition from the academic dance environment to the professional world. The project is supported by a renowned patronage:
