Wild (Un)Herb Tavolata - The Autumnal

From docks, fir eyelashes, rowan berries to nettle and other seeds to root feast!. We cook and Gisula Tscharner tells us – what a fairy tale!

Gabrielle Frey will kick things off with you on a botanical herb hike, during which she will show you in nature what we will serve you later in the Feldis ski hut.
During the aperitif and dinner between courses, the self-proclaimed old bear, Gisula Tscharner, tells us crazy and strange experiences about plants, trees and other plants.
After the big feast, you can hike down, take an extra chairlift ride (from 10 people) or take our taxi ride (max 5 people) back down from the mountain to Feldis (SSF car park).
Or stay even more comfortably on the mountain and spend the night with us in the cozy dormitory in the attic or in the exclusive yurt.
