Description

Simple, quietly situated wooden house in the countryside, approx. 10-20 minutes outside the village. Private car park approx. 5 minutes from the house, which is only accessible in snow-free conditions. The required access permit can be obtained on site (Domleschg municipality).
Close to the chair lift, approx. 150m from the ski piste (deep snow). Terrace and lots of surrounding land.

Prices

Pets not allowed. Non-smoking house.

Included in the price:
- Guest tax
- bed linen
- 1x waste stamp
- Electricity/gas and firewood (max. 1 box per day)

Additional costs according to expenditure:
- additional firewood: CHF 5.00 per box (summer half-year CHF 2.50 per crate)
- additional bed linen: CHF 15.00 per set

Further information:
- Bathroom linen and kitchen towels to be taken by the guest
- Final cleaning by guest
